The States resolved that “The Alderney eGambling Regulations 2009” not be annulled.

Item lll Alderney Commission for Renewable Energy: Appointment of Commissioner
The States resolved to approve, on the recommendation of the Policy and Finance Committee and in accordance with section 6 of the Renewable Energy (Alderney) Law, 2007, the appointment for a period of two years of Captain Robert Barton as a Member of the Alderney Commission for Renewable Energy.
(Proposed by Mr Willmott and Seconded by Mr Williams.)

The States resolved to approve of “The Housing (Exemptions) (No. 1) (Alderney) Ordinance, 2010”.
(Proposed by Mr Sargent and Seconded by Mr Llewellyn.)
(Approved by a majority all in favour except Messrs Walden, Williams, Kelly and Beaman who voted against. Mr Bennett abstained.)

Item lX Questions and Reports
Mr Williams reported on the New Connaught Care Home
Following Mr Williams’ report, Mr P Allen insisted on attempting to speak and in so doing refused to acknowledge the ruling of the President who was therefore obliged to request that Mr Allen be removed from the chambers.
