Notice Under Section 107(3) of The Companies (Alderney) Law 1994

By Notice dated 7th May 2008 I have notified the companies named below that each has failed to comply with Section 107(1)(a) of the Law and that after the expiration of two months from the date of that notice, I shall strike each company off The Alderney Register of Companies unless cause is shown why this should not be done.

The following companies have failed to comply with section 107(1)(a) or 107(1)(b) or 107(1)(c) or 107(1)(d) of the Law.
