Notice is hereby given that KASTRAKI LIMITED whose Registered Office is situate at York House, Victoria Street, Alderney, GY9 3TA, Channel Islands will in accordance with Section 30 of the Companies (Alderney) Law, 1994 petition the Court of Alderney on Thursday 4th September 2008 at 2.30pm to approve a Special Resolution passed at an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Shareholder of the said company on 15th August 2008 that the name of the Company be changed from KASTRAKI LIMITED to KASTRAKI (ALDERNEY) LIMITED and any person wishing to oppose the said Petition should inform the Clerk of the Court of Alderney forthwith.
