Notice is hereby given that at an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company held on 18th August 2008 the following resolution was unanimously passed: "That the Company be voluntarily wound up and that Hanom I Limited be appointed Liquidators of the Company."

All persons having claims against the above Company are requested to lodge a detailed statement of same within 10 days of this notice to the Liquidators and all persons indebted to this Company are required to settle with the said Liquidators within the same period.
