REVISED INSURANCE CONDUCT OF BUSINESS RULES AND CODES OF CONDUCT

The Guernsey Financial Services Commission (“Commission”) has made revised conduct of business rules and codes of conduct as follows:
Under the Insurance Managers and Insurance Intermediaries (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 2002, as amended, the Conduct of Business Rules, and the Code of Conduct for Authorised Insurance Representatives and,

Under the Insurance Business (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 2002, as amended the Licensed Insurers’ Code of Conduct, the Code of Conduct for Insurers conducting Long Term Business, and the Code of Market Conduct for Brokers operating outside the Bailiwick of Guernsey introducing business to Guernsey Licensed Insurers.
