Armchair Retail (Alderney) Limited (In Alderney Members’ Winding Up)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly convened and held on the 18th day of March 2010, the following Special Resolution was passed:
“IT WAS RESOLVED to proceed with the winding up of Armchair Retail (Alderney) Limited on a solvent basis”.
In accordance with clause 102 of THE COMPANIES (ALDERNEY) LAW, the previous resolution of the Members herein shall be confirmed as a Special Resolution and in observance of clause 110 of Part XVII of the Law notice of such shall be published in the Gazette within seven days of this meeting

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at a General Meeting of the Members of the above named Company, duly convened and held on the 18th day of March 2010, the following Ordinary Resolution was passed:
“IT WAS RESOLVED that Mr Raymond Andrew Bushell of Stafford Challis & Co, be appointed as liquidator of the Company”
All persons having claims against the Company are required to submit details thereof to the Liquidator by 18th April 2010 and all persons indebted to the said Company are required to settle with the Liquidator by the above mentioned date.
