NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR FULL EGAMBLING LICENCE

An application for a full eGambling licence dated 24th March 2009 has been made to the Alderney Gambling Control Commission (“the Commission”) under the Alderney eGambling Ordinance, 2006 and the Alderney eGambling Regulations, 2006 by:

Whose registered office is: Millennium House, Ollivier St, St Anne, Alderney, GY9 3TD.
Any person wishing to raise any objection to this application so that the objection shall be considered by the Commission in accordance with regulation 8 of the Alderney eGambling Regulations, 2006 should, within 14 days of the date of publication of this notice, deliver or send to the offices of the Commission a written statement of the objection and the grounds on which it has been raised.

The Members of KILGARRON INVESTMENT COMPANY LIMITED Company Number C/566 whose Registered Office is situated at 9 Braye Road, St Anne’s, Alderney unanimously passed a Special Resolution on 1st April 2009 to wind up the Company by means of a voluntary liquidation and to appoint Carey Administration Limited of Millenium House, Ollivier Street, Alderney GY9 3TD as Liquidator to the Company and assume the full powers of the Directors forthwith.
All persons having claims against the Company, or indebted to the Company, should send a statement or payment to the Liquidator not later than 30th April 2009.

TAKE NOTICE that in accordance with the decision made on 5th March 2009, the General Services Committee has, under the provisions of the above mentioned Ordinance, made Regulations to increase the maximum level of taxi fares that may be levied on the island
These Regulations which are entitled “The Public Vehicle (Amendment) Regulations” come into force on 23rd April 2009.
The full text of the Regulations is available for inspection in the office of the Chief Executive and the States General Office.
