TAKE NOTICE that in accordance with the decision made on 9th March 2010, the General Services Committee has, under the provisions of the above mentioned Ordinance, made Regulations to increase the maximum level of taxi fares that may be levied on the island
These Regulations which are entitled “The Public Vehicle (Amendment) Regulations” come into force on 1st May 2010. The full text of the Regulations is available for inspection in the office of the Chief Executive and the States General Office.
