CONSTRUCTION OF NEW CONNAUGHT CARE HOME.

The States of Alderney invite expressions of interest from suitably qualified contractors to tender for the construction on a green field site of the new 24 bedroom Connaught Care Home. The building will be a timber framed structure, with all services including oil fired under floor heating, solar water heating, and rainwater recycling.

The employer is The States of Alderney, PO Box 1, Island Hall, Royal Connaught Square, Alderney, Channel Islands, GY9 3AA.

Interested contractors must obtain the outline details and information requirements from the above addresses and submit full details of the qualifications and experience etc. to the States Engineer by 15 May 2009.
