Under section 47 of the Building and Development Control (Alderney) Law, 2002, if the Committee is of the opinion that an entry on the Register requires amendment or cancellation, the Committee can direct that the Register of Historic Buildings and Ancient Monuments be amended.

Please be advised therefore, that the Building and Development Control Committee is giving notice of its intention to amend the Register of Historic Buildings and Ancient Monuments as follows:
