NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Sole Member of the above-named Company, duly convened and held at Inchalla, Le Val,  Alderney GY9 3UL on the 10th day of January 2012, the following Special Resolution was passed:

“IT WAS RESOLVED to proceed with the winding up of Azul Electrico Limited on a solvent basis.

In accordance with clause 102 of THE COMPANIES (ALDERNEY) LAW, the previous resolution of the Members herein shall be confirmed as a Special Resolution and in observance of clause 110 of Part XVII of the Law notice of such shall be published in the Gazette within seven days of this meeting.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at a General Meeting of the Members of the above named Company, duly convened and held on the 10th day of January 2012 the following Ordinary Resolution was passed:

IT WAS RESOLVED that Fort Limited of Island House, Grande Rue, St Martins, Guernsey GY4 6RU be appointed as Liquidator of the Company”.

All persons having claims against the Company are required to submit details thereof to the Liquidator before by 27th January 2012 and all persons indebted to the said Company are required to settle with the Liquidator by the above mentioned date.
