NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly convened and held at York House, Victoria Street, Alderney on the 8th day of January 2009, the following Special Resolution was passed:

“IT WAS RESOLVED that Tribeca Tables Europe, Limited be voluntarily wound-up.

IT WAS FURTHER RESOLVED that on the recommendation of the Directors the appointment of Mr Roy Angliss, a partner of Messrs Saffery Champness, be hereby confirmed as Liquidator.

IT WAS FURTHER RESOLVED that in accordance with clause 102 of THE COMPANIES (ALDERNEY) LAW that the aforementioned resolutions of the Members herein shall be confirmed as a Special Resolution and in observance of clause 110 of Part XVII of the Law notice of such shall be published in the Gazette within seven days of this meeting.”

All persons having claims against the Company are required to submit details thereof to the Liquidator before the 13th  day of February 2009 and all persons indebted to the said Company are required to settle with the Liquidator by the above mentioned date.

An application for a full eGambling  licence dated 14 January 2009 has been made to the Alderney Gambling Control Commission (“the Commission”) under the Alderney eGambling Ordinance, 2006 and the Alderney eGambling Regulations, 2006, by:-

Any person wishing to raise any objection to this application so that the objection shall be considered by the Commission in accordance with regulation 8 of the Alderney eGambling Regulations 2006 should, within 14 days of the date of publication of this notice, deliver or send to the offices of the Commission a written statement of the objection and the grounds on which it has been raised.
