An application for a full eGambling licence dated 20 October 2008 has been made to the Alderney Gambling Control Commission ("the Commission") under the Alderney eGambling Ordinance, 2006 and the Alderney eGambling Regulations, 2006, by:-

ALDERNEY ROAD TRAFFIC AND PUBLIC HIGHWAYS ORDINANCE, 1966

TAKE NOTICE that in accordance with the decision made on 16th September and the 14th October 2008, the General Services Committee has, under the provisions of the above mentioned Ordinance, made Regulations to:
1. Amend Schedule 1 of the Regulations by:-
(a) designating the parking bays in Le Huret (in front of the Old Corner House and Old Forge) as a disc zone, limiting continuous parking there to forty eight hours;
(b) designating Connaught Square as a disc zone, limiting continuous parking there to forty eight hours;
(c) designating St Anne’s Church Car Park as a disc zone, limiting continuous parking there to twenty three hours (other than on any Sunday between 0700 hours and 1900 hours, when continuous parking is limited to two hours);
(d) extending the period of continuous parking permitted at Alderney Airport to forty eight hours; and
(e) increasing the available parking in Braye Street.
2. Extend Regulation 7 (2) (30 cwt vehicle restriction) to all cobbled streets in St Anne; and
3. Extend Regulation 13 (a) (15 mph speed limit) to Butes Lane.
These Regulations which are entitled “The Alderney Road Traffic and Public Highways (Amendment) (No.2) Regulations, 2008” come into force on 30th January 2009.
