Notice is hereby given that AIRX LIMITED whose Registered Office is situate at Century House, 12 Victoria Street, Alderney, Channel Islands, GY9 3UF, will in accordance with Section 30 of the Companies (Alderney) Law, 1994 petition the Court of Alderney on Thursday 12th February at 2.30 pm to approve a Special Resolution passed at an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Shareholders of the said company on 28th January 2009 that the name of the Company be changed from AIRX LIMITED to BLUE ISLANDS LIMITED and any person wishing to oppose the said PETITION should inform the Clerk of the Court of Alderney forthwith.
