NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR FULL EGAMBLING LICENCE

An application for a full eGambling  licence dated 16th  February 2009 has been made to the Alderney Gambling Control Commission (“the Commission”) under the Alderney eGambling Ordinance, 2006 and the Alderney eGambling Regulations, 2006, by:-

Any person wishing to raise any objection to this application so that the objection shall be considered by the Commission in accordance with regulation 8 of the Alderney eGambling Regulations 2006 should, within 14 days of the date of publication of this notice, deliver or send to the offices of the Commission a written statement of the objection and the grounds on which it has been raised.

Notice is hereby given that: GENTING STANLEY ALDERNEY LIMITED

Whose registered office is situate at: Millennium House, Ollivier Street, St Anne, Alderney

Will, in accordance with section 30 of The Companies (Alderney) Law 1994, petition the Court of Alderney on 5 March 2009 at 2.30pm to approve a Special Resolution passed by the shareholder of the said company on 18 February 2009, that the name of the company be changed to Genting Alderney Limited.

Any person wishing to oppose the said PETITION in accordance with section 30 of The Companies (Alderney) Law 1994, should inform the Clerk of the Court of Alderney forthwith.
