States Members, their Committees and Responsibilities

The President chairs the monthly States Meetings and stands for election every four years.  As President, Sir Norman Browse, the only candidate proposed for the 2004 Presidential Election, was duly re-instated as President of the States of Alderney.

Sir Norman is serving a four year term, which will end on the 31st December 2008.

BARBARA BENFIELD

LIN MAURICE

Lin Maurice was elected in June 2004 to serve the remaining terms of office of the late Mr. Edwin Sebire, which ended in December 2004.
