Mr. Anthony Llewellyn was elected to the States at a bye-election in October 2008 to serve a remaining period of office ending on 31 December 2010. He was then re-elected in November 2010 to serve for a further term of 4 years ending 31 December 2014.

Stuart Trought

Stuart Trought was elected as President at the June 2011 by election. His current term lasts until December 2012.

Stuart followed a marine career from 1967 until 1985, rising to master and superintendant.

Since 1985 he has worked in business internationally, holding a number of director�s and chairman�s positions with various companies.

Stuart is a member of The Honorable Company of Master Mariners, and The Nautical Institute.
