Boyd Kelly

New States Member Mr Boyd Kelly was elected in 2008 to serve a four year term of office ending 31st December 2012.

Mr Kelly is a member of the Policy and Finance Committee with direct responsibilites for:

• Home Department (Police) liaison
• Member, Employment, Legislation & Constitutional Advisory Group
• Member, Marina Working/Advisory Group
• St John Ambulance (Alderney) Board member
• Member, Social Care Advisory Group
• Member Harbour Reivew Group
• Alternative Representative States of Guernsey Deliberation

Mr Kelly is also a member of the General Services Committee with direct responsibilities for:

• Civil Emergency Working Party, Fire Brigade & Cliff Rescue
• Police Liaison (Local)
• Member, Waterboard and Sewerage Advisory Group
• Chairman Traffic Sub-Committee
• Member, Alderney Maritime Trust
