Previous States Member who served from 1992 to 1995 and was re-elected in December 2006 to serve a four year term ending December 2010.  Mr Tugby  is a member of the Policy & Finance Committee with direct responsibilities for:

  • Public Services Department liaison (Breakwater)
  • Chairman, Marine Working/Advisory Group
  • Member, Finance Advisory Group

Mr Tugby is also a member of the Geneeral Services Committee with direct responsibilities for:

  • Recreation, Campsite and Island Hall (Functions only)
  • Dumps and Derelicts
  • Member, Waste Advisory Group
