Richard Willmott

Mr Richard Willmott was re-elected in December 2006 to serve a four year term ending December 2010.

Mr Willmott is Chairman of the Policy & Finance Committee with direct responsibilities for;

• Finance (Treasury & Resources Department)
• Legislation
• External & Constitutional Affairs (Policy Council)
• Chairman, Employment, Legislation & Constitutional Advisory Group
• Member, Financial Advisory Group
• Alderney Electricity Ltd., Representative
• Chairman Housing Associaiton Panel/Group
• Member, Commercial Quay Project Board
• Member Social Care Advisory Group

In additon, Mr Willmott is a member of the Building & Development Control Committee, a Representative at the Guernsey States of Deliberation and a Member of the Commonwealth Parliamentary Association Management Committee.
